This video clip is of the final phase of the sensual massage for men that includes orgasm. Generally at this stage of the massage the receiver will be extremely relaxed, muscles will be at rest and the mind in another place, consequently the penis will probably be partially or fully flaccid.

The giver should begin by gently “playing” with the penis with light touch becoming more firm until he is fully erect.
