Victor is uncut; his penis dangles in a flaccid condition, approximately 4 inches in length. While still searching for causes of his sleep disorder; I was informed that he had a recent death in his family and has been under more stress at work. I noted, upon listening to his chest, lungs and bowels; that all sounds appear to be normal. Palpating his chest and abdomen, I found him to be in very good overall condition. His black hairs were soft to the touch and easily parted to allow me to make direct contact with his skin.

At this visit, I did perform more extensive genital and rectal examinations. First, his penis was much more thoroughly inspected, which included retracting the foreskin and inspection of the glans. My manipulations of his manhood did induce a reaction for Victor became fully aroused.

Following both a rectal temperature and a digital rectal examination, I also lubricated the metal anoscope and eased it inside Victor for a deeper exploration. The rectal examination continued while Victor was positioned onto his back with his legs withdrawn and spread completely apart. This position permitted me to fully explore his rectum using two fingers.
