Aden Gabriel enters the office today for his annual physical exam. Aden was a skateboarder in his youth and has maintained a great physique and kept the carefree attitude typical of most skateboarders. He alternated between basketball and skateboarding during his formative years and while he still does skateboard, torn cartilage in his knee, has hampered his abilities to some extent. I instruct him to undress to his boxers to begin his physical.

Aden is very carefree and I suspect he might have some submissive tendencies. Those tendencies could be exploited by others. Because of those tendencies and luckily for him, he has a scrupulous practitioner that will be administering his exam today. His trusting nature could land him into awkward or uncomfortable situations. Clearing my throat, I continue.

I rapidly moved through a series of exam progressions; checking his blood pressure, ears, and mouth and then using the stethoscope, listening to his heart and lungs before instructing him to remove his loose fitting boxers.

After he settled back, arms above his head and eyes closed, I began to palpate his chest and abdomen before heading lower to his abdominal region. Aden after all is a 20 year old, so as I began my initial examination of his male reproductive organs, it did not take long for Aden's penis to assume an aroused condition.

While he is standing, I observed that Aden's pubic area is shaved smooth and his semi-aroused penis, dangles above a set of meaty, matched testicles. Upon examining each, they were about the size of a small egg, very much oval in shape. They slid easily about in the loose folds of skin which make up his scrotum.

Turning him around and parting his buttocks, I noted the Aden has completely shaved his buttocks as well as the crevice between his orbs and immediately adjacent to his anus. His scrotum is exceptionally pliable at this office visit, most noticeably when he was on his hands and knees, as the testicles dangled very low and freely.

I lubricated a thermometer and slid it into his rectum and uncharacteristically, received a grunt when I removed it from him. A lubricated my finger inserted into his rectum, produced some soft moans from my patient as I moved it about and explored his internal cavity.

Turning him around now, it took a couple of attempts before I was able to successfully gain entrance to the tip of his penis with the cotton applicator and secure a urethral sample. Aden was flinching and writhing about on the exam which hindered my efforts to secure the sample until I was finally able to bury the tip deep within him to accomplish this task.

I stepped out of the office for a bit, allowing Aden to work on his own towards producing a semen sample for collection. Aden, enthusiastically, continued to the surprise conclusion.
